What's the Job?

A Project Manager at Love + Money is responsible for planning, communicating and delivering work. They are the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams. Clients rely on them for updates on progress, milestones, scope, and next steps. Creative teams rely on them for clear briefs, deadlines, and delivery expectations.

The Project Manager plans projects accepted by the studio, sequencing work independently, requesting time and resources from the Program Lead and consulting with Directors when changes affect resourcing, scope, or quality.

This role understands that creative delivery is not administrative. The Project Manager applies judgment to evolving briefs, feedback, and constraints, ensuring projects move forward with clarity and discipline while protecting creative quality, client trust, and project margins.
