This role exists to bridge the gap between strategy, design, and product management in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. As digital products become more complex and user expectations rise, there is a growing need for professionals who can oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and user research to strategy, design, and delivery—while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams. By combining skills from digital production, UX/UI design, and product management, this hybrid position ensures that every digital experience aligns with business objectives, meets user needs, and adapts quickly to changing market trends. Ultimately, the role is critical for driving innovation, enhancing customer experience, and maximizing business impact in a digital-first environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital products from concept to launch
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for new and existing digital experiences
• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design and strategy recommendations
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with clients and internal teams
• Oversee quality assurance and user testing processes
• Develop and present digital strategies to clients and stakeholders
• Support product backlog management and sprint planning
• Analyze digital product performance and recommend improvements
• Document and communicate project progress to the team and clients
• Reports to Patrick (Product Director).
• Works alongside Finn (Lead Developer) and Pat (Developer)
• Collaborates with Danny (Creative Director) and Adnaan (Special Projects Director) to align creative solutions with business goals.
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar)
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Experience in product management or ownership
• Understanding of web technologies
• Seamlessly delivers digital products on time and within scope, meeting both client and user expectations
• Effectively translates user research and insights into actionable design and product decisions
• Facilitates productive workshops and collaboration sessions that drive alignment and innovation
• Maintains a well-prioritized product backlog, ensuring the team is always focused on the highest-value work
• Consistently produces intuitive, visually engaging, and accessible user experiences
• Communicates progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to all stakeholders
• Proactively identifies opportunities for product improvement based on analytics and user feedback
• Builds strong, trusting relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Demonstrates adaptability and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Contributes to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing product team culture
