After selling out of Telepathic Instruments’ first 1000 Orchids in 3 minutes, we needed a strong follow up. We had introduced the world to a brand new instrument, our second campaign was all about showing everyone how to use it. We built a campaign around the premise of an instructional video. One where the instructors (Matt Berry and Jemaine Clement), didn’t follow any of the instructions.

Building on the brand identity we developed for Telepathic Instruments and Orchid, we brought a campaign to life that felt entirely out of time. Part 70s news segment, 80s motion graphics, 90s video tropes and 2000s digital jank, How to Orchid was launched as a 13 minute short film, an advertising campaign and a Global pop up where musicians could experience Orchid for the first time in real life. As a result we sold out many more thousands of Orchids in slightly more minutes.
